Robyn Shaw was born 1st of September 1987 in Stirling, Scotland and has had a passion for music performance from a young age.
Her musical influences varied even as a youngster due to the fact that she came from a music loving family who exposed her to many different artists and genres. She was involved in amateur dramatics whilst at school and went on to join the local performing arts school, Stageworx for vocal lessons.
During the period that she was there, she was chosen by the variety club of Scotland to perform the Mariah Carey song “Hero” as their guest soloist at the SECC in Glasgow. Her version of the song went on to be used as the promotional DVD for that year, presented by Carol Smilie.
Throughout her teens she gigged at various venues around Scotland, including residences in 2 clubs in Glasgow. She has signed with plaque records and is now focused on writing her own material.
